The rarest Genesis programme!

For one show only June 26, 1976 in Bern Switzerland. Mini-foldout booklet with 6 pages and blue/white print.

I have only ever heard of two other copies. Impossible to find.
A super rare version of the below programme used only for the UK premier on January 31, 1977. 72 total pages with about 13 pages with Genesis.
The 1977 Genesis 'In Concert' brochure / programme called 'A Film of a Rock Band and Their Music'. This is the UK version.

     Genesis - the music of Tony Banks, Phil Collins, Steve Hackett, Michael Rutherford and Bill Bruford. A theatrical feature that captures this British rock band in concert at the summit of their triumphant Summer tour of 1976.
     Shot in Panavision, with three-track stereo sound, this is a film that will have considerable appeal for the millions of Genesis fans around the world, as well as reaching those that appreciate the best in progressive rock music.
     During a short spell in London in the Summer of 1976, the 'big ones' hit town. David Bowie - The Rolling Stones - Elton John - The Who. But to many, the act that created the biggest impact was Genesis. The public paid black-market prices to see them, and the often scathing London music press were ecstatic in their praise - a total triumph!

The opener for "White Rock" - to get the audience in the right mood - is another film by Maylam, "Genesis", a masterpiece in sound and vision for all friends of this pop-rock band. Maylam filmed them on their last tour in the summer of 1976 when they performed in several European cities with great success.

Rainbow Theatre London Program January 1-3, 1977.

This is a 'bootleg' or unofficial programme, but very hard to find. Amateur production with  card covers, in several different colors. 8 pages with text and pictures.

For some reason (possibly due to its large size) this is difficult to find in excellent condition. It is not super rare, but more difficult to find than the one below.

The 1977 World tourbook, 22 pages

Most of the printings of this programme are the 'European' version. A small number of copies were printed in a 'US' version with a different center photo.
 
 
   
This one is also difficult to find in real good shape. The American version is significantly harder to find. But it isn't worth a whole lot more, basically because few people would know the difference.
The Postergramme 1978. There are two versions of this programme. One printed in the UK and one printed in the US. The UK version is a bit heavier stock than the US and has darker pictures.

The programs from this point forward get very boring on the inside. Most of the photos and text are reprinted from one of the Gallo books. Not that these photos are bad, because they certainly are not. But the photos are overused and make these programs less interesting.

The June 24, 1978 Knebworth Festival Program. 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'

Relatively easy to find

 
August 26th and September 3rd 1978 festival with other artists including Brand X. This is the first (22 pages) and second issue (42 pages). The second issue has Frank Zappa. 14 pages for Genesis.
 
 
 
Pretty easy to find with the 'non-Zappa' version worth a bit more.

 
The giant 1978 Japan Tour programme. November 27th through December 3rd. 32 pages of Gallo photos and Japanese text. Very nice glossy production and large size.
 
 


This one's not only difficult to find, but because of it's large size and great glossy photos, it's worth a lot for the content.
The UK and North American Duke program from March 17th through June 31st 1980. 28 pages.

The 1981 World Abacab Tour Program. 24 pages. The US and UK versions are almost the same except for the picture on the back cover and the title Program instead of Programme. Some inside pages here.
 
 
 
 
 

Extremely easy to find.
'In Concert' September 3rd through 30th 1982 program. 20 pages. Called the 'Encore Tour' because the Abacab tour was already finished. Came with a large poster.
 
 
 


Not too difficult to find. Sometimes missing the poster.
The October 2, 1982 reunion Six of the Best tourbook. Has many pictures, but all from the rehearsals. 20 pages.
One-night only program from February 29, 1984 to benefit the Prince's Trust. 32 pages. Pretty easy to find.
The 1983-1984 Mama tour European and American tourbook. 24 pages and 32 pages respectively. All of the contents of these programs are basically the same.

February 16-18, 1987 guide for their shows at the Centrum in Worcester, MA. Has 2 pages inside with a history and interview with the band. Can be difficult to find since it was only used for 3 days. 23 total pages.
Relatively difficult to find but unofficial programme for June 26th - July 4th, 1987. 20 pages of with B&W photos.
June 15, 1987 evening post for the June 28th performance in Leeds. 19 total pages with 12 for Genesis including several interesting pictures and a color center poster. Also includes some sections on Peter Gabriel and Steve Hackett.
One-night only programme from July 3, 1987 to benefit 'Save the Children'. A few pages long with data on the concert and (lame) trivia questions on Genesis.

Difficult to find since these were only given to VIPs.
Standard Invisible Touch Tour Programme from September 1986-July 1987. Slightly different versions from every country (US, UK, Australia, Japan, etc). 34 Pages. Very common.
